Performs clerical and administrative support functions for the Finance Department. Responsibilities include but not limited to, preparing, processing, and posting of biweekly payroll for various Job Corps Center locations and backup for Corporate payroll. Responsibility to work with payroll service provider to resolve payroll issues. Ensure employee set-up is accurate and complete, including wages, benefits, sick and vacation time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Provide backup for weekly and off-cycle payrolls. Provide Payroll support to Job Corps Centers as needed. Responsible for weekly 401k/SSP Reporting. Support daily cash management processes through collections, direct deposits and positive pay. Responsible for scheduling payroll tax payments as needed. Process wage attachments weekly.
